Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the country
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Capable of using restaurant equipment including registers, headsets, and grills
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Reliable transportation for travel to various locations occasionally
- Commitment to follow brand standards and safety procedures
- Pass background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and build a cohesive team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification if not already certified
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve sales and operational goals
- Create and maintain a customer-first culture ensuring high-quality service
- Oversee food safety practices and maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand standards
- Monitor and manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Recruit, train, and develop staff fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Utilize restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills as needed
