Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the country
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Capable of using restaurant equipment including registers, headsets, and grills
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Reliable transportation for travel to various locations occasionally
  • Commitment to follow brand standards and safety procedures
  • Pass background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and build a cohesive team
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification if not already certified

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Create and maintain a customer-first culture ensuring high-quality service
  • Oversee food safety practices and maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand standards
  • Monitor and manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Utilize restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills as needed
