Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check criteria
  • must have reliable transportation
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • able to sweep, mop, dust, and clean restaurant and surrounding areas
  • able to stand, walk, and stoop for 80% of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to manage and develop people
  • positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager position

Job Duties

  • find, hire and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation
  • develop training plans for new hires
  • schedule and deploy team correctly
  • address performance issues
  • assist in resolving customer issues
  • manage restaurant budget and financial plans
