Job Requirements
- college degree required
- 3 - 5 years prior experience in restaurant management required
- strong Italian food and wine knowledge required
- Italian language skills preferred but not required
- strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred but not required
- legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- teach, lead and coach the restaurant team to consistently achieve five star and five diamond level service
- develop strong guest rapport and maintain guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark
- manage restaurant outlet budget to meet monthly cost targets
- drive menu engineering, marketing, social media, entertainment, and creative restaurant initiatives
- oversee daily operations of Noe Italian Restaurant and Manalo Lounge
- ensure operational excellence and uphold luxury service standards
- foster a positive and collaborative team environment
