Job Requirements

  • college degree required
  • 3 - 5 years prior experience in restaurant management required
  • strong Italian food and wine knowledge required
  • Italian language skills preferred but not required
  • strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred but not required
  • legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • teach, lead and coach the restaurant team to consistently achieve five star and five diamond level service
  • develop strong guest rapport and maintain guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark
  • manage restaurant outlet budget to meet monthly cost targets
  • drive menu engineering, marketing, social media, entertainment, and creative restaurant initiatives
  • oversee daily operations of Noe Italian Restaurant and Manalo Lounge
  • ensure operational excellence and uphold luxury service standards
  • foster a positive and collaborative team environment
