Job Requirements
- College degree required
- 3 to 5 years prior experience in restaurant management required
- strong Italian food and wine knowledge required
- Italian language skills preferred but not required
- strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred but not required
- legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Teach, lead, and coach the restaurant team to achieve five-star and five-diamond service consistently
- develop strong guest engagement and maintain guest comment card scores above benchmark
- manage restaurant costs to meet monthly budget goals
- drive menu engineering and creative marketing strategies
- oversee daily operations of Noe Italian Restaurant and Manalo Lounge
- maintain a positive and productive work environment
- implement social media and entertainment initiatives to enhance guest experience
