Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years experience in restaurant management and supervision
  • certified in alcohol awareness
  • ability to comply with all state gaming regulations including obtaining a license if necessary
  • ability to work long hours
  • ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
  • ability to climb stairs multiple times daily
  • ability to handle multi-tasking heavy work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently or constantly
  • ability to climb bend stretch twist or reach with your body and arms
  • ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
  • ability to use stairs and elevators

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 4-year degree in related fields preferred
  • 5-7 years experience in restaurant management and supervision
  • accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner
  • certified in alcohol awareness
  • able to comply with all state gaming regulations which may include obtaining a license
  • general knowledge of spirits wine beer and cordials
  • creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative concepts and experiences
  • flexible work schedule
  • knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations
  • experience in POS systems such as Micros Aloha
  • knowledge of budgeting P and L review percentages variances

Job Duties

  • foster strong collaborations with culinary and front-of-house teams to guarantee outstanding guest service and consistent high-quality food presentation
  • drive late-night operations and entertainment programming ensuring seamless coordination between service security and event teams
  • engage in open communication with staff nurturing a spirited and energized team culture
  • lead training initiatives focusing on exceptional guest service and engagement
  • monitor and enhance the quality of service and the efficiency of food and beverage orders
  • analyze guest feedback and trends to innovate and adapt offerings to meet evolving needs
  • develop and implement creative marketing strategies including special events and promotions
  • lead VIP service strategy including bottle service private bookings and high-touch guest engagement
  • leverage social media to enhance venue awareness and engage with the community
  • plan and execute unique events aligned with the new concept ensuring a fresh and exciting atmosphere
  • cultivate partnerships with local artists DJs and performers to curate a dynamic calendar of live entertainment
  • manage crowd flow guest safety and capacity planning during peak hours and special events
  • maintain the restaurant's physical appearance and ambiance to create a captivating dining experience
  • ensure compliance with all relevant food alcohol and health regulations
  • collaborate with culinary and purchasing teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and cost control
  • continuously seek opportunities for process improvements to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency
  • perform other duties as assigned
