Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- willing and able to stand and move during most of the shift
- able to operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- reliable transportation for travel to store and other locations
- eligible to work in the country
- pass a background investigation
- committed to promoting proper procedures and food safety culture
- ability to balance employee and guest experience with operational and financial goals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals

- oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and training

- manage inventory and control costs to meet financial targets
