Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • willing and able to stand and move during most of the shift
  • able to operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • reliable transportation for travel to store and other locations
  • eligible to work in the country
  • pass a background investigation
  • committed to promoting proper procedures and food safety culture
  • ability to balance employee and guest experience with operational and financial goals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • proficiency in restaurant equipment and technology

  • ability to motivate and develop a team

Job Duties
