Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of management experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of professionals to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Support the success of your unit by keeping customers happy, complying with company procedures and maintaining productivity while controlling costs
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality standards
- Implement safety and sanitation practices in accordance with local and state regulations
- Manage scheduling to optimize employee coverage and shift efficiency
- Analyze financial reports and operational data to drive improvements and profitability
