Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of management experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Possess a valid food handler's card if required by local and state laws

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit
  • Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of professionals to consistently deliver excellent customer service
  • Support the success of your unit by keeping customers happy, complying with company procedures and maintaining productivity while controlling costs
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality standards
  • Implement safety and sanitation practices in accordance with local and state regulations
  • Manage scheduling to optimize employee coverage and shift efficiency
  • Analyze financial reports and operational data to drive improvements and profitability
