Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid food handler's card where applicable
  • Minimum 2 years full-service, upscale restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
  • Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support the success of the unit by ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Comply with company procedures and operational policies
  • Maintain productivity while managing costs effectively
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are met
