Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid food handler's card where applicable
- Minimum 2 years full-service, upscale restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Support the success of the unit by ensuring customer satisfaction
- Comply with company procedures and operational policies
- Maintain productivity while managing costs effectively
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met
