Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- previous supervisory or management experience
- preferably 2 years prior hotel banquet experience
- computer skills
- strong business communication skills
- professional appearance
- excellent problem solving skills
- experience with scheduling payroll and labor management
- experience with MICROS POS system
- Serve Safe Certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE Certification required
- CPR Certification preferred
- availability to work both AM and PM shifts

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests
- interview train supervise coach schedule and manage team members
- develop and train a team of talented individuals fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- monitor and maintain food quality presentation and consistency
- implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
- monitor financial performance control costs and optimize profitability
- ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for menu enhancements and improvements
