Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of college experience preferred
- 3-5 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability

Job Duties
- Engaging with guests so they are cheerfully greeted, get questions correctly answered, have orders taken promptly, and are always thanked sincerely
- Leading your team of Managers and Team Members by example in keeping to Firehouse Subs policies, procedures, and standards while following all local, state, and federal regulations
- Creating operation plans focused on achieving excellent guest service, a positive work environment for your team, and a successful and profitable restaurant
- Communicating with Team Members and Managers while working together to meet the needs of our guest’s and make sure all restaurant functions and business requirements are accurately accomplished
- Supporting First Responders and local communities by participating in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
