Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of college experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability

Job Duties

  • Engaging with guests so they are cheerfully greeted, get questions correctly answered, have orders taken promptly, and are always thanked sincerely
  • Leading your team of Managers and Team Members by example in keeping to Firehouse Subs policies, procedures, and standards while following all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Creating operation plans focused on achieving excellent guest service, a positive work environment for your team, and a successful and profitable restaurant
  • Communicating with Team Members and Managers while working together to meet the needs of our guest’s and make sure all restaurant functions and business requirements are accurately accomplished
  • Supporting First Responders and local communities by participating in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
