Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced luxury hotel environment
- Familiarity with Italian cuisine preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years progressive management experience in fine dining, Italian cuisine, or steakhouse settings
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and overseeing multi-million-dollar operations
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent communication skills
- Guest-centric mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Familiarity with Italian culture and cuisine preferred
- Experience in luxury hotels and unionized environments is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction consistent with the brand's Italian steakhouse identity
- Manage front and back of house teams to maintain smooth, efficient, and profitable operations
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to develop talent
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators, control costs, and maximize profitability without compromising quality
- Implement cost control measures in labor, food, and beverage
- Ensure a superior guest experience by upholding hospitality standards, promptly addressing guest feedback, and leading by example in service delivery
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute local promotions, special events, and marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all team members adhere to standards and policies
- Work closely with the Chef to support menu innovation, seasonal offerings, and quality improvements that celebrate Italian cuisine and premium steaks
