Job Requirements

  • 3 years of leadership experience required
  • 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to lead up to 20 team members
  • willingness to work about 50 hours per week including some weekends
  • strong dedication to customer satisfaction
  • ability to relocate if necessary
  • reliable and responsible work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors and company values
  • create an environment that promotes company culture and attracts, retains, and develops team members
  • source and interview store employees ensuring alignment with company values
  • train team members on company processes, customer service, and policies
  • oversee human resource functions including scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews
  • plan and coordinate leadership team meetings
  • ensure product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are maintained
  • manage inventory levels and ordering systems
  • complete weekly and end of period inventory
  • create store action plans including marketing to improve business
  • monitor weekly KPIs and develop plans to achieve goals
  • maintain store and property exterior
  • implement proper security and verification procedures for deposits and safe contents
