Job Requirements

  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to lead up to 20 team members
  • Willingness to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays
  • Strong commitment to customer service and quality
  • Ability to relocate if required

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values
  • Create an environment that promotes the company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop our people
  • Source and interview all store employees to ensure they embrace company values including customer satisfaction
  • Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures
  • Ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting
  • Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training
  • Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation are maintained
