Job Requirements

  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to lead up to 20 team members
  • willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

  • capable of training and developing employees
  • knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems
  • ability to create and implement action plans
  • familiarity with human resources policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values
  • create an environment that promotes the company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop our people
  • source and interview all store employees to ensure they will embrace our values, including a strong dedication to customer satisfaction
  • train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation
  • ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office as requested
  • plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training
  • ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation
