Job Duties
- Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values
- create an environment that promotes company culture and philosophies
- source and interview all store employees
- train team members on company processes and policies
- ensure human resources procedures are followed including scheduling, payroll, and benefits
- plan and coordinate leadership team meetings
- ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation are maintained
- manage inventory par levels and ordering system
- complete weekly and end-of-period inventories
- develop store action plans including marketing initiatives
- monitor and plan to achieve weekly KPIs
- maintain store and exterior property
- ensure proper security and verification in handling deposits and safe contents
