Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values
  • create an environment that promotes company culture and philosophies
  • source and interview all store employees
  • train team members on company processes and policies
  • ensure human resources procedures are followed including scheduling, payroll, and benefits
  • plan and coordinate leadership team meetings
  • ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation are maintained
  • manage inventory par levels and ordering system
  • complete weekly and end-of-period inventories
  • develop store action plans including marketing initiatives
  • monitor and plan to achieve weekly KPIs
  • maintain store and exterior property
  • ensure proper security and verification in handling deposits and safe contents
