Job Requirements
- Work a 48-55 hour week
- subject to background check
- in-store training program completed
- must maintain a flexible schedule to include nights weekends and holidays
- must possess a state-issued driver’s license and maintain reliable means of transportation
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- demonstrated ability to manage labor and scheduling effectively
- experience in staff recruitment training and development
- ability to foster a positive customer service culture
- strategic thinking and community engagement skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Exhibit cultivate and enforce a sense of pride and relentless commitment to each step of preparing Guthrie’s menu items for service
- foster a culture of hospitality and quality to attract and retain the best talent
- build an effective schedule each week to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to provide exemplary service to our guests while achieving store labor goals
- responsible for interviewing orientating and training staff at all levels within the restaurant
- be an ambassador for the brand building strategic relationships within the community to build a conspicuous reputation of quality and hospitality throughout our communities
- continually develop and mentor managers in your charge to prepare them for future advancement
- review performance daily taking time to calibrate each day and correspondingly coach and celebrate with your team
- provide leadership by generating excitement enthusiasm and commitment toward company objectives
- maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description
