Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience with P and L responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple shifts independently
- Food safety certification as per local or state requirements
- Reliable transportation valid driver’s license and insurance for roles requiring driving
- Acceptable driving record for positions with significant business driving
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience including P and L responsibility
- Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for applicable positions
Job Duties
- Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members using company orientation programs
- Conduct timely and effective performance reviews and provide constructive discipline with proper documentation
- Lead by example to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and manage guest complaints using company protocols
- Manage financial controllables including labor food supplies cash management audits and bank deposits
- Maintain operational standards including cleanliness safety compliance food safety procedures and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all company policies government regulations and complete required paperwork timely
- Implement and execute marketing programs based on business generators and traffic patterns
