Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience with P and L responsibility
  • Ability to manage multiple shifts independently
  • Food safety certification as per local or state requirements
  • Reliable transportation valid driver’s license and insurance for roles requiring driving
  • Acceptable driving record for positions with significant business driving
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of restaurant management experience including P and L responsibility
  • Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for applicable positions

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members using company orientation programs
  • Conduct timely and effective performance reviews and provide constructive discipline with proper documentation
  • Lead by example to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and manage guest complaints using company protocols
  • Manage financial controllables including labor food supplies cash management audits and bank deposits
  • Maintain operational standards including cleanliness safety compliance food safety procedures and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies government regulations and complete required paperwork timely
  • Implement and execute marketing programs based on business generators and traffic patterns
