Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience in a General Manager, or equivalent, role
  • proven experience hiring, staffing, and leading teams
  • proven experience actively managing costs in a high-volume hospitality operation
  • upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience in a General Manager role - a major plus
  • must have current ServSafe Manager and BASSET Certifications
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must have open availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must have the ability to regularly work 50-ish hours per week
  • physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and keep up with the pace of busy restaurant
  • must have a valid driver's license and sole access to a personal vehicle
  • must have access to a personal computer or tablet for administrative tasks
  • familiarity with Toast, SevenRooms, 7Shifts, and Margin Edge, a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • at least 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience in a General Manager or equivalent role
  • proven experience hiring, staffing, and leading teams
  • proven experience actively managing costs in a high-volume hospitality operation
  • upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience in a General Manager role is a major plus
  • current ServSafe Manager and BASSET certifications
  • familiarity with Toast, SevenRooms, 7Shifts, and Margin Edge is a plus
  • valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
  • strong leadership and team development skills

  • Hire and develop a high-performing restaurant team
  • champion playful hospitality and the ‘good-time guest experience’
  • run top-notch operations ensuring smooth restaurant functionality
  • drive restaurant profitability through effective P&L and cost management
  • act as an ambassador in the local community to promote the brand and build connections
  • maintain clear accountability and roles aligned with EOS principles
  • adapt and innovate to meet evolving industry and company demands
