Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience in a General Manager, or equivalent, role
- a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or equivalent work experience
- upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience in a General Manager role, a major plus
- must have current ServSafe Manager and BASSET certifications
- must be at least 21 years old
- must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have the ability to regularly work 50-ish hours per week
- physically able to stand for long periods and keep up with the pace of busy restaurant
- must have a valid driver's license and sole access to a personal vehicle
- must have access to a personal computer or tablet for administrative tasks
- familiarity with Toast, SevenRooms, 7Shifts, and Margin Edge, a plus
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent work experience
- minimum 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience in a General Manager or equivalent role
- experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants is a major plus
- current ServSafe Manager and BASSET certifications
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with restaurant management software such as Toast, SevenRooms, 7Shifts, and Margin Edge is a plus

- Hire and develop a high-performing restaurant team
- champion playful hospitality and ensure a good-time guest experience
- run top-notch operations ensuring smooth restaurant functionality
- drive restaurant profitability by managing sales and controlling costs
- act as an ambassador in the local community to build goodwill
- manage budgets, P&L statements, and restaurant financials effectively
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
