Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of General Manager experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- proven financial and operational management experience
- excellent guest-service communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure seamless elevated service across all meal periods
- maintain and enhance fine-dining service standards pacing and floor execution
- engage with guests VIPs and repeat clientele to create memorable dining experiences
- address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- recruit train schedule coach and retain a high-performing management and service team
- foster a culture of professionalism accountability and hospitality excellence
- conduct performance evaluations corrective actions and ongoing development
- manage sales performance and control labor food beverage and operating costs
- monitor daily reports staffing levels inventory and cash handling procedures
- support budgeting forecasting and reporting to ownership
- partner with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure quality consistency and execution
- oversee inventory management ordering and vendor relationships
- ensure compliance with health department regulations food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- enforce restaurant policies labor laws and workplace safety standards
