Job Requirements
- Prior restaurant management or leadership role with history of quality guest service and team building
- Experience with financial statements and performance data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work varied hours including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Physical ability to work 10-hour shifts standing and walking
- Ability to lift up to forty pounds
- Must agree to work various shifts in a 7-day/365-day team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and desktop software
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant
- Bachelor of Science degree in hotel or restaurant management preferred
- Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, and sanitation
- Strong skills in personnel management and recordkeeping
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mathematics
- Ability to obtain and maintain Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months
Job Duties
- Manage and lead restaurant operations ensuring quality guest service
- Build and develop a strong team through effective leadership and training
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize labor costs
- Analyze financial statements and sales reports to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a positive experience
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Oversee recordkeeping and preparation of operational reports
