Job Requirements
- Requires 5 to 7 years of experience in restaurant management
 - WSET or CMS certifications required
 - Must be certified in ServSafe Management certification course
 - Must hold current Washington State food handler card and Washington State Mixologist license
 - Must maintain CPR/First Aid certification
 - Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
 - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
 - Possess strong math skills and able to operate inventory, purchasing, and reservation systems
 - Experience with Craftable, Avero, Acumatica, Resy, Micros a plus
 - Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, and coaching skills
 - Ability to interact with others in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
 - Ability to take direction
 - Ability to work in a team environment
 - Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
 - Comfortable with fluctuating priorities and new initiatives
 - Ability to prioritize tasks and needs without direct supervision
 
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Align business operations with the mission, values, and vision of The Edgewater Hotel
 - Collaborate with senior leaders and internal partners to ensure cohesive restaurant management
 - Develop and implement training programs to mentor and coach staff
 - Supervise day-to-day activities of restaurant managers and service staff
 - Prepare and complete operational action plans focusing on production, quality, and customer service standards
 - Manage financial objectives through forecasting, scheduling expenditures, and variance analysis
 - Oversee bar menu planning, inventory, ordering, and cost control
 - Collaborate with Chef and back-of-house staff to maintain seamless service
 - Promote safety and sanitation standards, inspecting food handling practices
 - Plan, promote, and facilitate meetings to ensure clear communication
 - Serve as manager or FOH lead in the absence of the restaurant management
 - Market the restaurant in conjunction with marketing and senior leadership teams
 - Make staffing decisions including hiring, scheduling, promotion, and discipline
