Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations including sales and fiscal management
- manage accounting processes such as cash handling, credit card processing, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll
- recruit, mentor, and guide restaurant staff to build a successful team
- prepare and submit monthly financial and operational reports to corporate office
- maintain the building and equipment ensuring optimal operational functionality
- implement company policies to sustain cost-effectiveness and profitability
- drive positive sales and customer satisfaction
