Job Requirements

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • several years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • proven management track record in similar roles
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • willingness to comply with company policies and regulatory standards
  • physical stamina to manage busy restaurant environments

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
  • lead and inspire teams to maintain high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • oversee staffing, training, and development initiatives to build strong, efficient teams
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets
  • work closely with culinary staff to innovate and execute menu offerings
  • handle guest relations to ensure exceptional dining experiences and resolve issues promptly
