Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience managing high-volume upscale restaurants
  • experience in both front-of-house management and kitchen operations
  • strong organizational, communication, and problem resolution skills
  • compassion for people and alignment with company core values
  • proactive leadership approach with attention to detail
  • ability to navigate important conversations with staff and stakeholders

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food quality
  • manage finances including P&L oversight and budget adherence
  • champion staff development and create a positive, motivating work environment
  • engage with local vendors, farms, and businesses to procure top-quality products
  • organize and promote community events and support charitable initiatives
  • resolve operational challenges efficiently while maintaining clear communication with team members
  • represent Indigo Road’s values and culture as a brand ambassador
