- 5+ years of experience running high-volume upscale food focused restaurant
- Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences
- Compassion for people and embrace of company core values
- Strong problem resolution skills and proactive team leadership
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to navigate important conversations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing high-volume upscale restaurants with 200 - 300 covers
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Strong kitchen and food preparation knowledge
- Ability to foster positive team culture and encourage staff development
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement
Job Duties
- Lead with passion by demonstrating unwavering commitment to food, beverage, and hospitality
- Participate in volunteer and charity initiatives supported by the company
- Foster staff development and create a positive work atmosphere that motivates team members and meets financial goals
- Engage with local vendors, business, and farms to source high-quality products and educate junior team members on their growth and development
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including finances, people management, culture, and events
- Resolve challenges proactively by maintaining effective communication with team members and the community
- Act as an ambassador for the company by promoting Internal Hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests and staff
