Job Duties
- promote, demonstrate and enforce punctuality and consistent attendance
- promote, demonstrate and lead excellent customer restaurant experience
- train, counsel and direct management team members according to policy and succession planning
- train and develop team members based on succession planning
- promote, demonstrate and enforce all training including GURU and leader-led training
- promote, demonstrate and enforce standard operating procedures
- promote, demonstrate and enforce guidelines for receiving inventory and proper storage and rotation of food, beverages, paper, and chemical products
- promote, demonstrate and maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas according to local and franchise guidelines
- perform inventory counts and records within required deadlines
- schedule team member shifts including coverage for shortages
- travel to other restaurants, area office, or bank as needed
