Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant major
  • 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of food service operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including peak meal periods
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or culinary fields
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
  • Strong financial management capabilities
  • Experience in marketing and public relations activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs

Job Duties

  • Maximize financial performance by understanding local market and partnering with culinary leadership
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and assist staff during peak periods
  • Maintain sanitation standards in all food and beverage areas
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet operational goals
  • Partner with marketing and PR teams to promote the restaurant effectively
  • Manage inventory, negotiate supplier contracts, and control purchasing
  • Lead guest service initiatives to ensure memorable experiences
