Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
  • 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related area
  • ability to manage daily restaurant operations
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of health, sanitation and liquor laws and regulations
  • ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • skill in marketing and public relations
  • capability to supervise and develop staff
  • relocation willingness

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or culinary
  • or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration with 2 years experience

Job Duties

  • Maximizes financial performance by understanding local market and partnering with culinary leadership
  • supervises daily restaurant operations and assists on the floor during peak periods
  • maintains sanitation and service standards in all dining areas
  • oversees the restaurant marketing plan and manages social media and public relations
  • manages hiring, training, and performance of restaurant staff
  • addresses guest complaints and seeks feedback to improve service
  • monitors compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
