Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years experience as a general manager in quick service restaurant environment particularly with drive-thru operations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- commitment to upholding company values and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation
- strong background in restaurant operations including food quality, labor management, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- proven leadership skills with a passion for team development and excellence
- knowledge of financial management and restaurant performance metrics
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Job Duties
