Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- proven ability to manage all shifts without supervision
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- reliable transportation
- maintain acceptable motor vehicle record for those required to drive
- strong leadership and team development skills
- ability to operate independently and take ownership of tasks
- excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
- food safety certification according to local requirements
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze reports and manage inventory
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Provide excellent operations management
- recruit, train and develop assistant managers, shift managers and team members
- conduct performance reviews and ensure effective employee relations
- maintain 100% compliance with company and government regulations
- manage financial controllables including labor, inventory, and cash
- lead guest service initiatives to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- oversee cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures
- implement marketing programs and analyze business patterns
- maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers and the community
- secure company assets with integrity
