Job Requirements

- Serve Safe and TABC certifications required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Plan, direct, and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise all staff
- Coach, motivate, and foster a high-performance environment
- Guarantee 100% guest satisfaction by engaging with guests and addressing complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards of food quality and compliance with recipe specs and health regulations
- Drive restaurant profitability through sales growth, budgeting, and analytics
- Manage labor costs, COGS, and inventory controls
- Analyze sales and performance metrics and oversee P&L statements
- Collaborate on marketing efforts to enhance restaurant visibility
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, health, safety, and TABC regulations
