Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to four years of related experience or training in restaurant management
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Integrity and strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes loud environment
- Availability to manage up to 25 employees
- Ability to comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and POS
- Ability to solve operational problems efficiently
- Ability to receive and verify deliveries
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily
- Knowledge of safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write reports and correspondence

Job Duties
- Partner with the Area District Manager to learn policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure excellent service
- Create and maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and employees
- Attract and retain restaurant employees
- Review staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals
- Provide training, direction, and support to maintain productivity
- Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead and motivate staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support food cost management and P&L responsibilities
- Maximize revenue through sales promotion opportunities
- Ensure menu items are properly prepared
- Maintain inventory and purchase supplies
- Analyze and resolve operational problems such as theft and wastage
- Receive deliveries and verify product freshness and accuracy
- Fulfill all restaurant station roles when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
