Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two to four years of related experience or training in restaurant management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to write routine reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Integrity and strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes loud environment
  • Availability to manage up to 25 employees
  • Ability to comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and POS
  • Ability to solve operational problems efficiently
  • Ability to receive and verify deliveries

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Area District Manager to learn policies and procedures
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure excellent service
  • Create and maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and employees
  • Attract and retain restaurant employees
  • Review staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals
  • Provide training, direction, and support to maintain productivity
  • Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead and motivate staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Support food cost management and P&L responsibilities
  • Maximize revenue through sales promotion opportunities
  • Ensure menu items are properly prepared
  • Maintain inventory and purchase supplies
  • Analyze and resolve operational problems such as theft and wastage
  • Receive deliveries and verify product freshness and accuracy
  • Fulfill all restaurant station roles when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
