Job Requirements
- 4-5 years experience in similar or equivalent role
- Prior experience opening a new restaurant
- Ability to understand and evaluate complex information and data from various sources
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of State, Federal, and Local employment laws
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws and regulations
- Willingness to work long hours
- Ability to perform medium work involving exertion of up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly

Job Duties
- Ensure smooth opening of the restaurant by following critical path and providing hands-on support and leadership throughout the process
- Meet or exceed budgeted goals by monitoring, analyzing, and supervising all labor, beverage and food costs
- Provide leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals
- Meet or exceed guest satisfaction goals
- Recruit and retain a service team that is passionate about their craft, respectful of others and genuinely committed to exceeding guest expectations
- Lead all FOH staff, including training, counseling, disciplining, terminating and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, laws/regulations, compliance with food handling/sanitation standards and local, state, and federal liquor laws
