Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • must demonstrate leadership skills
  • basic computer literacy
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for 80% of shift
  • able to maintain cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant
  • strong preference for internal promotion from assistant general manager position

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties

  • find, hire and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation
  • develop training plans for new hires

  • assist in resolution of customer issues
  • manage restaurant budget and financial plans
