Job Requirements

  • 18+ years old with reliable transportation
  • 2-4 years of restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • understanding of P&L management and guest service principles
  • open availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long hours, climb stools/ladders, and perform routine bending, sweeping, and mopping
  • comfortable working in varying temperatures including coolers, freezers, and kitchen areas

Job Duties

  • Own the restaurant’s P&L and make decisions that drive profitability
  • analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to grow sales
  • lead by example to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction
  • recruit, train, and develop an amazing team of Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members
  • foster a positive, high-energy culture where team members thrive
  • provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to boost performance and engagement
  • ensure guests receive friendly, fast, and accurate service every time
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
  • engage with your local community to promote the restaurant and brand
  • optimize staffing and scheduling for maximum efficiency
  • ensure compliance with Burger King policies, health regulations, and labor laws
  • maintain top-notch operational and brand standards across the restaurant
