Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience
- No more than two jobs in the last five years
- High school or equivalent
- English proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
- Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Must have open availability
- willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Resolve employee issues including shift call-outs according to company policy
- Generate weekly schedule to control labor cost
- Collect and account for all money transactions daily
- Coordinate bank deposits, daily invoicing and paperwork
- Review employment applications, recruit, interview, hire and train new employees
- Recommend promotion and/or termination of employees
- Conduct performance management duties including staff evaluations and corrective actions
- Coordinate all store food orders accurately based on company goals
- Observe personnel for compliance with appearance, uniform policies, customer service, quality control and company standards
- Stand on feet for prolonged periods
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Perform any other duties assigned or requested
