Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- management experience of at least 1 year
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- valid driver's license
- no more than two jobs in the last five years
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Job Qualifications

- ability to manage financial and operational reporting

Job Duties
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- have open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- resolve employee issues including shift call-outs according to company policy
- generate weekly schedule to control labor cost
- collect and account for all money transactions daily
- coordinate bank deposits, daily invoicing and paperwork
- review employment applications, recruit, interview, hire and train all new employees
- recommend promotions or terminations of employees
- conduct performance management duties including written and verbal staff evaluations and corrective actions
- coordinate store food orders accurately based on company goals
- observe personnel compliance with appearance, uniform, customer service expectations, quality control and company standards
- stand on feet for prolonged periods
- lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- perform any other duties assigned or requested
