Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • management experience of at least 1 year
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • valid driver's license
  • no more than two jobs in the last five years
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience
  • ability to manage financial and operational reporting
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • positive attitude and customer service orientation
  • valid driver's license
  • English proficiency

Job Duties

  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • have open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • resolve employee issues including shift call-outs according to company policy
  • generate weekly schedule to control labor cost
  • collect and account for all money transactions daily
  • coordinate bank deposits, daily invoicing and paperwork
  • review employment applications, recruit, interview, hire and train all new employees
  • recommend promotions or terminations of employees
  • conduct performance management duties including written and verbal staff evaluations and corrective actions
  • coordinate store food orders accurately based on company goals
  • observe personnel compliance with appearance, uniform, customer service expectations, quality control and company standards
  • stand on feet for prolonged periods
  • lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • perform any other duties assigned or requested
