Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience
  • open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • positive attitude
  • experience in hiring and financial reporting preferred
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • must have open availability
  • willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • resolve employee issues including shift call-outs according to company policy
  • generate weekly schedules to control labor cost
  • collect and account for all money transactions daily
  • coordinate bank deposits, daily invoicing and paperwork
  • review applications, recruit, interview, hire and train new employees
  • recommend promotion or termination of employees
  • conduct performance management duties including evaluations and corrective actions
  • coordinate store food orders based on company goals
  • observe personnel for compliance with appearance, uniform, customer service, quality control and standards
  • stand on feet for prolonged periods
  • lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • perform any other duties assigned or requested
