Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year restaurant management experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- five years or less with no more than two jobs during that time
- management experience of at least one year
- proficiency in English
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- resolve employee issues including shift call-outs according to company policy
- generate weekly schedules to control labor costs
- collect and account for all money transactions daily
- coordinate bank deposits, daily invoicing, and all paperwork
- review employment applications, recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees
- recommend promotions or terminations
- conduct performance management including evaluations and corrective actions
- coordinate store food orders accurately
- observe personnel for compliance with appearance, customer service, quality control, and company standards
- stand for prolonged periods
- lift up to 50 lbs
- perform other duties as assigned
