Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift leads
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans
- Mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly
- Engage directly with customers to resolve issues
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize service and lead product rollouts
- Analyze financial performance and manage budgets
- Coach management team on company standards
- Monitor competitors and exceed their standards
