Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years restaurant management experience
  • Experience in full service restaurant with bar general management
  • Proficient in computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain positive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • Minimum 4 years restaurant management experience in a general manager role
  • Full service restaurant with bar general management experience
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office and Point of Sale systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with executives, union reps and diverse team members
  • Proven conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
  • Focus on the food by ensuring food quality and standards
  • Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Lead and develop the team through recruitment, training, and communication
  • Maintain adherence to all company policies and health sanitation standards
  • Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations and monitor inventory
  • Handle office management tasks including funds, receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling and payroll
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance through analysis and comparison shopping
