Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years restaurant management experience
- Experience in full service restaurant with bar general management
- Proficient in computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain positive work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- Minimum 4 years restaurant management experience in a general manager role
- Full service restaurant with bar general management experience
- Culinary background desirable
- Proficient in MS Office and Point of Sale systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interact with executives, union reps and diverse team members
- Proven conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
- Focus on the food by ensuring food quality and standards
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Lead and develop the team through recruitment, training, and communication
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and health sanitation standards
- Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations and monitor inventory
- Handle office management tasks including funds, receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling and payroll
- Assist in monitoring sales performance through analysis and comparison shopping
