- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Ability to read and maintain financial reports

- Excellent knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Responsible for all aspects of operations
- Relay consistent and relevant communication with the owner
- Maintain set budget
- Submit invoices to MarginEdge
- Approve, write, maintain and adjust all schedules based on the budget
- Oversee ordering, receiving and managing of product
- Conduct bi-weekly inventory
- Ensure daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning of the premises
- Ensure respectful communication between all staff
- Employee evaluations
- Employee corrective action
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Conduct regular meetings with junior management
- Ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service during sacred hours through floor observation and management
- Create and execute effective marketing strategies alongside owner to increase revenue
- Collaborate and train on potential new revenue streams alongside owner and other managers
- Oversee all onboarding and termination
- Initiate monthly budget review meeting with owner
- Initiate weekly meetings with owner
