Job Requirements

  • Must be professionally fluent in Spanish and English
  • Minimum of 3 years in restaurant leadership roles such as GM or AGM
  • Valid California Food Handler certification required
  • Valid California Responsible Beverage Service certification required
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Comfortable working flexible hours including mornings, nights, and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an owner-mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English
  • 3 to 7 plus years of restaurant leadership experience such as GM or AGM roles
  • Strong knowledge of FOH and BOH operational skills
  • Experience with high-volume or diner-style restaurants is a major plus
  • Valid California Food Handler certification
  • Valid California Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • Proven ability to lead both seasoned staff and new hires effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead from the floor by managing FOH and BOH teams with visible, high-energy leadership during mornings, nights, and weekends
  • Drive growth by bringing fresh ideas and community initiatives to attract new clientele while honoring the 60-year legacy
  • Improve operational systems, service standards, and guest experience while managing labor and food costs
  • Recruit, train, and retain a strong, accountable, and bilingual team
  • Foster clear communication between FOH and BOH teams to ensure cohesive operations
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain valid certifications
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
