Job Requirements
- Must be professionally fluent in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 3 years in restaurant leadership roles such as GM or AGM
- Valid California Food Handler certification required
- Valid California Responsible Beverage Service certification required
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Comfortable working flexible hours including mornings, nights, and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills with an owner-mindset
Job Qualifications

- 3 to 7 plus years of restaurant leadership experience such as GM or AGM roles
- Strong knowledge of FOH and BOH operational skills
- Experience with high-volume or diner-style restaurants is a major plus
- Valid California Food Handler certification
- Valid California Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Proven ability to lead both seasoned staff and new hires effectively
Job Duties
- Lead from the floor by managing FOH and BOH teams with visible, high-energy leadership during mornings, nights, and weekends
- Drive growth by bringing fresh ideas and community initiatives to attract new clientele while honoring the 60-year legacy
- Improve operational systems, service standards, and guest experience while managing labor and food costs
- Recruit, train, and retain a strong, accountable, and bilingual team
- Foster clear communication between FOH and BOH teams to ensure cohesive operations
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain valid certifications
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
