Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work 45-50 hours per week including overtime
  • Commitment to quality customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Capability to train and develop team members
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
  • Understanding of fast food operational procedures
  • Reliable transportation to work location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency in inventory and labor cost control
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and sales data
  • Familiarity with scheduling and forecasting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Train and execute service KARS procedures
  • Oversee batter fry, prep, sandwich, and baking procedures
  • Conduct onboarding including interviewing, selection, payroll, uniforms, and training scheduling
  • Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, organization, and supermarket appearance
  • Plan production and manage build-to and yields
  • Ensure production team follows front-of-house product requests
  • Perform filtration and boil-out of fryer procedures
  • Review daily sales, labor, discounts, voids, and other operational data
  • Manage weekly food orders and monitor food cost purchases
  • Prepare and post weekly schedules with service manager approval
  • Update production team on procedures and complete team reviews
  • Maintain seasoning levels for marination and oversee management goal setting
  • Communicate ongoing team issues with service manager
  • Supervise outside maintenance and cleanliness of prep and storage areas
  • Drive sales growth, transaction volumes, and check averages
  • Manage profitability through P&L oversight
  • Ensure utilization of Zenput software and timely task completion
  • Conduct manager and team meetings periodically
  • Complete team member performance reviews
  • Develop future management talent with training strategies
  • Place non-food orders adhering to budget constraints
  • Maintain overall restaurant image and BOH closing procedures
  • Engage with community and manage staffing levels
