Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager
  • Ability to work on feet for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must complete the Culture Index survey before application
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and passion for the role
  • Capable of frequent bending and twisting during work
  • Willingness to uphold company core values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager
  • Proven record of successful team leadership and business management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High school diploma preferred but not required
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and motivating teams

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Control staffing levels, labor costs, and inventory management
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to inspire the team
  • Optimize revenue by increasing sales and managing expenses
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure a memorable guest experience
  • Implement company policies and procedures consistently
