Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager
- Ability to work on feet for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must complete the Culture Index survey before application
- High school diploma preferred
- Strong leadership skills and passion for the role
- Capable of frequent bending and twisting during work
- Willingness to uphold company core values and standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager
- Proven record of successful team leadership and business management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and motivating teams
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Control staffing levels, labor costs, and inventory management
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to inspire the team
- Optimize revenue by increasing sales and managing expenses
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a memorable guest experience
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
