Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant management experience preferred
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle with proof of insurance
- ability to handle administrative tasks and paperwork
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Job Qualifications
- knowledge or passion for the restaurant business
- basic PC skills including email and typing
- ability to learn internal software systems
- prior exposure to labor cost reporting and operating statements is desirable
- strong integrity and ability to pass background checks
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Create a world class guest experience
- manage, train and direct the restaurant team
- deliver exceptional brand standards, cleanliness and safety
- attain sales budgets
- manage operational execution and expense control
- manage all restaurant inventory
- perform other duties as assigned
