Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant general management or senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing full-service, high-volume restaurant or hospitality operations
- Strong financial acumen and experience controlling food, beverage, and labor costs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to deliver hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong problem-solving and accountability orientation
- Experience handling event coordination and seasonal operational shifts
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant general manager or senior assistant general manager
- Demonstrated success managing complex hospitality operations with multiple service periods, bars, events, and seasonality
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop teams and maintain high-performance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Deep understanding of financial management in a restaurant setting
- Exceptional guest service orientation and commitment to brand integrity
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in overseeing seasonal and event-based hospitality operations
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations across year-round and seasonal services
- Lead, develop, and hold management and service teams accountable
- Ensure guest satisfaction, uphold service standards, and maintain brand reputation
- Manage financial aspects including labor, food, and beverage costs to enhance profitability
- Coordinate private events, seasonal transitions, and manage peak volume periods
- Maintain vendor relationships, develop scheduling strategies and operational plans
- Provide hands-on leadership presence during service times and lead by example
- Collaborate closely with ownership while independently managing daily operations
