Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant general management or senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record in managing full-service, high-volume restaurant or hospitality operations
  • Strong financial acumen and experience controlling food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to deliver hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving and accountability orientation
  • Experience handling event coordination and seasonal operational shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant general manager or senior assistant general manager
  • Demonstrated success managing complex hospitality operations with multiple service periods, bars, events, and seasonality
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to develop teams and maintain high-performance standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Deep understanding of financial management in a restaurant setting
  • Exceptional guest service orientation and commitment to brand integrity
  • Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in overseeing seasonal and event-based hospitality operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations across year-round and seasonal services
  • Lead, develop, and hold management and service teams accountable
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, uphold service standards, and maintain brand reputation
  • Manage financial aspects including labor, food, and beverage costs to enhance profitability
  • Coordinate private events, seasonal transitions, and manage peak volume periods
  • Maintain vendor relationships, develop scheduling strategies and operational plans
  • Provide hands-on leadership presence during service times and lead by example
  • Collaborate closely with ownership while independently managing daily operations
