Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager
  • Minimum age 21 years
  • Successful background check and drug test
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, cleaning parking lot, standing and walking for 80% of the shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail including profit and loss responsibility
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Track record of developing employees
  • Positive attitude
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties

  • Establish the tone of the work environment and customer hospitality
  • Oversee the entire restaurant operation
  • Recruit, hire, and develop employees
  • Conduct new hire orientation and create training plans
  • Schedule and deploy team members effectively
  • Address employee performance issues
  • Assist with resolution of customer complaints and issues
  • Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
