Job Requirements
- A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
- Four to five years of experience in a related position
- Advanced knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality management
- Highly developed communication skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets and forecasts
- Proficiency in guest communication and human resource duties
Job Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
- Four to five years employment in related position within this company or similar organizations
- Advanced knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality management principles and practices
- Highly developed communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence managerial personnel, guests, and corporate clients
- Excellent administrative skills including forecasting, purchase orders, budget review, and invoice approval
- Proficient in written guest communication, administrative, and human resource responsibilities
Job Duties
- Direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees
- Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel staff
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Resolve conflict through fair treatment policy
- Discipline and terminate as appropriate
- Develop, recommend, implement and manage the division's annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecasts and objectives
- Implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and sanitary regulations
- Market the food and beverage outlets including menus, package deals, promotions, and presentations within corporate guidelines
- Manage maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
- Resolve customer complaints to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and quality
