Job Requirements

  • A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
  • Four to five years of experience in a related position
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality management
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecasts
  • Proficiency in guest communication and human resource duties

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
  • Four to five years employment in related position within this company or similar organizations
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality management principles and practices
  • Highly developed communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence managerial personnel, guests, and corporate clients
  • Excellent administrative skills including forecasting, purchase orders, budget review, and invoice approval
  • Proficient in written guest communication, administrative, and human resource responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees
  • Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel staff
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews
  • Resolve conflict through fair treatment policy
  • Discipline and terminate as appropriate
  • Develop, recommend, implement and manage the division's annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecasts and objectives
  • Implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and sanitary regulations
  • Market the food and beverage outlets including menus, package deals, promotions, and presentations within corporate guidelines
  • Manage maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
  • Resolve customer complaints to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and quality
